Shipping
Our orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days, but during super busy times it might take us up to 3-5 days. As soon as we ship your order, we'll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package and know exactly when you should expect it.
Just a heads up, processing time is different than delivery time. Check out our Shipping page for more info on delivery times.

Our orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, so you can have your new products delivered to your doorstep in no time!
We’re happy to let you know that our logistics partners have got you covered and will take care of any customs fees that may apply. The price you see when you complete your order is the only amount you'll be charged. So you can go ahead and purchase all the products you want with the peace of mind that they will be arriving at your doorstep without any additional costs.
European orders: European customers are exempt of paying the customs fee for buying outside of Europe as it is 100% covered by our logistic partners.

Please note, once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make any changes or cancel it. So be sure to double check the shipping information before completing your order to avoid any delays or issues!
Order Tracking
Don't worry, we'll keep you in the loop! As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment confirmation email with your order's tracking number. You can then insert it here to easily track your parcel.
