All of our orders are usually dispatched within a maximum of 48 hours, however, please allow up to 1-3 business days during peak periods such as sales or festive seasons.

Note: Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable), as well as the normal processing & fulfillment time (1-3 business days). The shipping time is an estimation based on our delivery history.

European Orders: Customers in Europe are exempt from paying customs fees or VAT (if applicable) on purchases from outside the region, as these are managed internally by our logistics partners.
